My name is Brent Earlewine and I have been training in the Martial Arts for over 32 years. I hold the rank of JuGodan (15th Dan, or 10th Degree Blackbelt, 5th Grade) in the Japanese art of Budo Taijutsu and have been awarded the title Dai Shihan (Grand-Teacher) by Masaaki Hatsumi, 34th Grandmaster of Togakure Ninjutsu. I hold a 1st Degree Black Belt in Muso Ikken Ryu Batto Jutsu (a Samurai Sword Art) and a 1st Degree Black Belt in the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do. I am also an internationally certified Self Defense Instructor in the Sentinel International Group teaching the Personal Protective Measures methodology of combatives and Self Defense as well as PPM Advanced Edged Weapons Instructor Certification. I hold certifications from the ALICE Institute for active shooter response, the Left of Bang Combat Hunter program, and have earned Handgun Certification at the Rogers Shooting School. My studies have taken me to Japan multiple times to train and study directly with the Japanese Grandmasters and senior instructors from all over the world.
All those years ago, I never imagined I would get this far. My goal of becoming a Black Belt seemed light years away and I felt like I would never get there. But I persevered. I ground out the hard work. I invested time, money, blood, sweat and tears. I traveled halfway around the world to train directly with the “source” in Japan. Then I did it again. And again. And again. And again. And I did it while managing a full time career and raising a family (4 crazy kids!). Amazing. Life gets in the way. Another business trip. Schedule conflicts. Kid’s sporting events, practices and summer camps. I know, I’ve been there. There was always something in the way. I got my 1st Degree Blackbelt. Then my second, my third, my fourth. I traveled all the way to Japan again to take my test for my 5th Degree Blackbelt (one of the most incredible experiences of my life). I just kept grinding it out, year after year after year. My 6th, my 7th, my 8th, my 9th. Then at a Sword Seminar – five other 10th Degree Shihan’s (it usually only needs three) made personal recommendations for me to be granted my JuDan 10th Degree Blackbelt. Not going to lie – I cried. 2 DECADES+ of dedication and hard work in this art and here it was. A level I never dreamed of seeing all those years ago.
Now, I am one of only a handful of Dai Shihan Senior Instructors on the entire planet. And I want to give back. I am willing to take on 3, (and ONLY 3) Personal Executive Students, and I am going to show you how to be Fearless in your actions at work and how to Carry Yourself with Poise and Grace in every interaction. And you are not going to need years or decades to accomplish.
In my studies and my international travels I found out something profound along the way. The last 3 decades + of studying the martial arts have given me a healthy lifestyle to be sure, but they have given me oh so much more! The martial arts have given me a “Career Command Presence”. What do I mean by that? It is that Poise and unflappable Sense of Presence that is instantly recognizable whenever you walk into a room. It is a feeling of Calm Under Stress and Strength Under Pressure. Centered. Balanced. This is the feeling of Fudoshin 不動心. or “Immovable Heart”.
I can not stress this enough – the Confidence I earned from studying martial arts, the results oriented mindset it created and how I carried myself in the Dojo was mirrored in my professional life!
This is about being the Best Version of Yourself you can be. It is about Polishing and Honing who you are, and it is all about How This Translates to Your Professional Career!
The study of Martial Arts is one of the only ways I know of to instill this kind of presence into oneself. As an executive – do you have the time to dedicate the next 30 years of your life to attaining it? I hope you do, but probably not.
How can you gain these skills? How do you apply this sense of presence in your professional career today? This month, this quarter, this year?
I am offering you an exclusive, invitation only opportunity to learn these skills in a one on one environment. This is a six week intensive course of private lessons with me where we will utilize the vehicle of a deep-dive study of the Japanese Sword to create your own Career Command Presence.
Will you be a “Martial Arts Master” at the end of the 6 weeks? No, of course not. However you WILL develop deep new skills and you WILL be a massively different version of yourself as a result. And this WILL translate into your professional life immediately. I guarantee it.
I have spent the last 32 years+ of my life dedicated to studying and understanding the secrets that are inherent in the Martial Arts and I am offering to transmit the essence of these lessons to you. But only if you are committed to the effort. You have to put in the work. You have to be fully in the moment. This is not for everyone, and honestly if you can’t commit to the time and investment of your best effort, then please don’t waste my time or yours.
If you really want to alter the trajectory of who you are and how you conduct yourself in a professional setting, then connect with me and lets talk. If you want to leverage 32 years of experience in a private 6 week course to get to the essence of what Martial Arts and the study of the Japanese Sword can give you, then reach out below.
I am only Offering 3 Personal Student Slots at this time. Are you one of the three? I will conduct interviews to see who is the right fit for this exclusive opportunity.
I look forward to helping you along your path.
Dai Shihan, Brent Earlewine
