Welcome to the new Pittsburgh Bujinkan Taka Seigi Dojo Website!

Just like our training in Budo Taijutsu, our website has become dynamic and is always changing as we move further on the path of Budo. We want this website to continue to be a source for all within the Bujinkan and to be a beacon for those seeking a life as a warrior. Please check back often for new information.

We would first like to thank Soke Masaaki Hatsumi (34th Grandmaster of Togakure Ryu Ninjutsu and Founder of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu) for his continued kindness and guidance as he has opened his beautiful Martial Art to all who embrace peace and love as warriors. Graciously he has given the knowledge of centuries to the World by bringing people from all nations together in celebration of life. He has enabled his students to reach a realization of the potential of mankind and to become beacons of light to those in darkness. Our eternal gratitude and love to you Sensei.

Along our journey in Budo Taijutsu, we have had the good fortune to train with excellent Master Instructors from around the U.S. as well as from around the Globe. Speaking about our path in Budo, we have the honor of having joined the Taka Seigi Dojo Family. On a trip to Japan in 2005, we formally asked Shihan Phil Legare to become part of his Budo Community which he founded and heads. In doing so, our world of Taijutsu has opened up as we meet and train with some of the finest Instructors in the World.

We would like to extend our appreciation to Shihan Legare and all the Taka Seigi for opening up their hearts to our group, for sharing their knowledge and friendship as we grow as a community. Our website will support and grow with the needs and reflect the philosophies of the Taka Seigi. We will be a source of information for upcoming Taka Seigi events and training seminars.
